Data Deletion

Prep Day respects your right to control your personal data. You can request complete deletion of your account and all associated data.

What Gets Deleted

When you request data deletion, we will permanently remove:

• Your account and authentication credentials
• All saved recipes
• Meal plans and plan history
• Nutrition goals and body stats
• Key ingredients and grocery lists
• Friend connections and shared recipes

How to Request Deletion

1. Open the Prep Day app and sign in to your account.
2. Tap the settings gear icon in the top right corner.
3. Select Sign Out to sign out of your account.
4. To request full data deletion, email us at sundayrecipeapp@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account.

We will process your request and delete all your data within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.

Facebook Users

If you signed in with Facebook, you can also remove Prep Day from your Facebook account:

1. Go to Facebook Settings > Apps and Websites.
2. Find Prep Day and click Remove.
3. Check the box to delete any data Prep Day may have received.
